Every session is guided by a qualified mindfulness practitioner, led by DMA Head Coach & founder,  Tiff Junee. Tiff is an educator, food & nutrition coach as well as meditation teacher trained in energetics.Â
Drawing from the Choose your Own Adventure books that turned Tiff into a reader as a child, each session has a theme in which Tiff draws from multiple modalities, so you can pick and choose your own TLC adventure based on how you turn up.
Other modalities include (but are not limited to):

✅ Meditation — quiet the noise, return to inner calm and clarity
✅ Journaling — process what’s real, name what you need, choose your next step

Is this live or pre-recorded?
Time Out 4 TLC is recorded daily and uploaded for lunchtime practice. With members able to replay the sessions at their leisure.
Do I need experience with meditation or tapping?
No. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced practitioners. Everything is guided, easy to follow, and meets you where you are when you arrive to journey.
Do I have to be a mum?
Absolutely not! While we will talk to specific energy management for households, Time Out 4 TLC is beneficial for ALL adult life stages.
Do I need to be a DMA member first?
Yes. This program is exclusive to DMA members. If you're not a member yet - fear not! DMA Annual Membership is $99/year, and can be purchased at check-out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This program is delivered as a monthly subscription and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
