Do I need experience with meditation or tapping?
No. Beginners are welcome. Everything is guided, simple, and practical.

Do I have to be a mum?
No — while it’s designed primarily for mums and dads ALL are absolutely welcome.

Do I need to be a DMA member first?
Yes. This program is exclusive to DMA members. DMA Annual Membership is $99/year.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your $49/week program subscription anytime before the next billing date.
