What Do You Mean...?
Embrace Mindfulness
Mindfulness is all about living in the present moment, what we know as 'now'. It's about appreciating the here and now, rather than worrying about the past or future. It is the moments of pause in order to connect.
There are many ways to create a state of mindfulness, and that is the end goal. To be aware enough to be mindful of what's inside and whats outside of your everyday needs.
Try incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine, whether it's during your morning coffee or evening walk. How do you practice mindfulness?
At The Learning Centre, we manifest mindfulness in a multitude of ways.
Every Tuesday morning, we explore methods of mindfulness together before exploring the forms of mediatation that enable us to practice mindfulness.
Now if the word 'meditation' sent you into a sweat, fear not - we cater for the beginners as well as the seasoned professionals. Why and How? I hear you ask?
We are all experts in our own way, and we are all novices in the way we love ourselves unconditionally. Tuesdays are Time Outs to nurture ways to fall in love with yourself (again), just as you are EVERY DAY.
Cultivate Gratitude
Gratitude can transform ordinary days into celebratory days of thanks.
Every Insta-fabulous, influencer is spruiking the benefits of a gratitude journal to jot down three things you're grateful for each day, what most of them are unaware of, is what and how the process holds and helps you develop your self love muscle - something none of us were ever given permission to do when we were going up.
The really challening thing about this? You'll be surprised at how this very simple, highly accessible act can really boost your happiness on the daily across EVERY part of your inner and outer world.
Nurture Relationships
Strong relationships are key to a happy life. Make time for your loved ones, be it family, friends, or pets. Reach out, connect, and spread love. How do you nurture your relationships? Share your thoughts and suggest relationship-focused topics you'd like us to explore in upcoming newsletters.
Happiness is not a destination, but a journey.
Keep exploring, keep sharing, and most importantly, smiling. Knowing you are perfect, just as you are and that you are exaclty where you need to be to learn what you need to know.
Until next time,
xo Tiff
